International Women's Day

After months of remote learning, we returned to school along with the rest of the nation on Monday 8th March - International Women's Day.

Our pupils and staff were all very happy to be back in school for the first time since December.

Our first day back coincided with International Women’s Day which we celebrated in assembly as well as in individual class groups. We teach our boys the history around gender inequality as well as the ongoing struggles that women still face. In a similar way to Anti-Bullying week, our boys learn to celebrate uniqueness and not treat people a certain way because they are different.
